What we do with what you send us
This site has no forms, sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The only personal information the group holds from it is what you choose to write to one of three addresses.
Who is responsible
The controller
Veterinary Holdings International is responsible for the correspondence sent to the addresses on this site.
Veterinary Holdings International is a group of separate operating companies. Clinical records are held by the operating company that treated the animal, not by the group.
The group works under the law of India and of the United Arab Emirates. Correspondence sent to the addresses on this site is handled by the group in India, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
If you are a client of one of the businesses and your question is about your animal’s medical record, write to that practice. The group does not hold it.
What we hold
Three addresses, three purposes
We hold what you send and nothing else. We do not buy lists and we do not sell, rent or trade what you send.
Each address is read by the people who would answer you. Nothing is passed outside the group.

General enquiries
Your name, your address and what you wrote. Held to answer you and to keep a record of the exchange.

Careers
Your application and whatever you attach to it, including your CV and your qualifications. Held to consider you for an appointment.
03
Practice partnerships
What you tell us about your practice, in confidence. Held to assess a partnership and for no other purpose.
A practice owner’s correspondence is read by the one or two people in the conversation. It is not circulated inside the group, and it is not shared outside it.
How long
Twelve months, then it goes
Correspondence is deleted twelve months after the exchange ends, unless you ask us to keep it longer or the law requires it.
Ask us to delete it sooner and we will. You do not have to give a reason.

This website
No forms, no cookies, no analytics
There is nothing on this site to fill in and nothing that follows you around it.
The one third party this site reaches is a font service. It is named below rather than left for you to find.
The site sets no cookies, does not store personal information in your browser and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google and Google sees your IP address when a page loads. Nothing else on the page comes from anywhere but this site. Presentation mode keeps the selected audience, slide and return position in the page URL. Optional speaker view shares presentation state between tabs on your device; it does not send that state to VHI.
The company hosting this site keeps ordinary server logs, in the way every web server does. They are used to keep the site running and for nothing else.
Your rights
What you can ask us for
Write to hello@vhi.vet and say which of these you want. We answer within thirty days.
A request costs you nothing and it does not change how we treat you. An application withdrawn is an application deleted.
- 01 A copy Ask what we hold about you and we will send it to you.
- 02 A correction Tell us what is wrong or out of date and we will put it right.
- 03 Deletion Ask us to delete what you sent and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- 04 A complaint Tell us if we have got this wrong. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
